Macedonians
Macedonia declared their independence from Yugoslavia in 1991, following Slovenia and Croatia's successful independence movement. Under a new leader Macedonia decided to have a new constitution and after many arguments and debates finally came up with a new constitution in November 21 1991, when they declared their independence. During the war, Macedonia was left alone and was neutral throughout the war.
